Pastor Corey Brooks

Known across the country as the “Rooftop Pastor,” Corey Brooks is the founder and Senior Pastor of New Beginnings Church of Chicago and the CEO of Project H.O.O.D. (Helping Others Obtain Destiny). Based on the South Side of Chicago, Pastor Brooks has become a national voice for urban renewal, conservative values, and faith-based solutions to systemic issues.

In 2012, Pastor Brooks first gained national attention after spending 94 days on a rooftop to protest violence and raise funds for community development. A decade later, he returned to the rooftop for a second, 343-day vigil, ultimately raising over $20 million for a new Leadership and Economic Opportunity Center now under construction in Chicago.

Pastor Brooks frequently appears on Fox News and other national outlets to discuss topics like school choice, economic opportunity, and restoring the American Dream. He is also launching a podcast, Rooftop Revelations, to highlight stories of hope and leadership from underserved communities across the country.
